NoHLA and many others are deeply concerned about the budget implications of proposed initiatives to repeal the capital gains tax, repeal key pieces of the Climate Commitment Act, and undermine the WA Cares long-term care program. We’ve endorsed the “No” campaigns for I-2109, I-2117, and I-2124 because if these initiatives pass, budget experts predict a steep decline in state revenue streams.
