Want to make a lasting impact on the health of your community? Consider leaving a gift with NoHLA's legacy giving program, Healthy Futures.
What is Legacy Giving?
Legacy giving, also known as planned giving, ensures that your commitment to health care for all continues beyond your lifetime.
A legacy gift is set up through your estate plans. You may choose to:
- leave a bequest (sample language provided below)
- designate a percentage of your estate
- contribute through a donor-advised fund
- use another giving mechanism
Your Impact
By including NoHLA in your estate plans, you help strengthen and sustain our movement for health justice. Your generosity will have lasting impact in Washington and beyond.
Your contribution will power NoHLA's critical work of advocating, protecting access to care, and working alongside communities and decision-makers to build a more just and accessible health system. Your legacy gift will play a significant role in advancing our mission to ensure that all Washingtonians can access the health care they need and deserve.

We recommend consulting your attorney or advisor for assistance, technical questions, and to ensure that your gift aligns with your personal goals.
Sample Bequest Language
When making or updating your will, you can use the following language:
“I hereby give, devise, and bequeath $______ (or ______% of my estate) to Northwest Health Law Advocates (NoHLA) to be used for its general purposes, a nonprofit organization located at 1301 5th Ave #1200, Seattle, WA 98101 - Federal Tax ID #91-1961032.”
We recommend sharing this language with your attorney or advisor to ensure it aligns with your overall plans.
